Terms of use

These terms apply to ACE Suite Online — the pay-per-file web product from ACE Systems, Whakatane, New Zealand (GST 015-545-178). They are written for project managers, automation engineers, plants and operations teams who document PLC exports in a professional setting.

Due diligence — you remain responsible

ACE Suite Online and its exports — functional descriptions (FD), Grafcet, Asset Map, BOM, ladder views, lifecycle colours, PDFs, Excel and CSV — are documentation aids generated from the file you provided. ACE Systems does not warrant that they are complete, correct, or suitable for construction, commissioning, HAZOP, or as-built sign-off. You (the project manager, automation engineer, plant or operations team) remain responsible for due diligence: check the output against the live PLC, drawings and your own standards. ACE Systems is not liable for loss from relying on an incorrect or incomplete FD or other document without that check.

A 30-day licence to use ACE Suite Online tools on the controller files in this browser. Prices:

All prices include GST. Payment is processed by Stripe. This is not a plant-wide seat and not the on-prem ACE Suite Server product.

Try before you pay

Before you pay you can:

Use the free ACE demo pair — ACE_Systems_Demo.L5X and ACE_Peer_PLC.L5X — with full tools, including export.
Drop one of your own files and view it on screen (peek). Export and the remaining tools unlock after payment.

That trial is enough to decide whether the product fits the job.

Refunds

No refunds after payment. Payment is for a 30-day licence in this browser. If ACE Suite Online fails to deliver the paid tools because of a fault on our side, contact ACE Systems, Whakatane, and we will put it right.

Where files live

Your PLC files stay in this browser (IndexedDB). ACE Systems does not keep a copy of the file on its servers. Checkout and quote may send file names and counts so we can price and start Stripe — not ladder, tags or source. After 30 days, export locks and the local copies in this browser are cleared.

Your rights in the file

You must have the right to use the L5X, ZEF or other export you drop. ACE Suite Online is not a Rockwell or Schneider licence. You remain responsible for the PLC, the plant and any change you make after reading the documentation.

Availability

The site is hosted on Microsoft Azure. We take reasonable care to keep it available. There is no 24/7 service-level agreement and no promise of uninterrupted access.

This product vs on-prem ACE Suite

ACE Suite Online is a browser licence for the files you load here. On-prem ACE Suite Server is a separate plant edition with its own licence. Buying one does not grant the other.
