ACE Systems, Whakatane, New Zealand (GST 015-545-178) provides ACE Suite Online to project managers, automation engineers, plants and operations teams. This page says what we collect and what we do not. We handle personal information under the Privacy Act 2020.

PLC files

Controller exports you drop stay in this browser (IndexedDB). ACE Systems does not store the file, ladder or source on its servers. After 30 days the local copies in this browser are cleared.

What can leave the browser

Checkout and quote may send file names and file counts so we can price the session and start Stripe. Ladder, tags and source stay in the browser. We do not say that nothing ever leaves your PC.

Payments

Stripe processes card payments. ACE Systems does not store full card numbers. Prices include GST.

Usage stats

We record visits and country (from the hosting edge or browser timezone) so we can see how the site is used. Stats do not store customer file names.

Cookies

After payment we set a browser cookie so this browser keeps its 30-day licence. Clearing cookies or using another browser starts a new session.

Who we share with

Stripe (payments). Microsoft Azure (hosting). We do not sell plant files or usage lists. We do not use your PLC files to train models.
