I/O Card Utilization by Controller
Every I/O module in every loaded PLC, with a channel-by-channel wiring map.
Rockwell cards use aliases, MOV / XIC/OTE bit maps, AOI parameter
passes, AliasFor module paths, and Connection InputTag /
OutputTag operand comments (so encrypted packs still populate channels
when ladder cannot be scanned).
Schneider cards use Device-DDT channel aliases (including nested analog ANA/VALUE),
module Owner addresses, ST
(* PLC Address: %I\... *) / %Q / %IW / %QW comments,
receive/send arrays, and DFB Signal / PVIn pins.
Channels count as wired only when a real tag is mapped to a specific channel,
so “used / total” is a genuine utilization figure — not a comment count.
Unknown catalogs are shown honestly with the used channels only, without inventing a total.
