Patterns are shared reference data stored on the server. Load the current live patterns here, edit/validate them with the tools below, then save them back. Saving replaces the whole set for the selected vendor, so validate first.
Backup captures the live lifecycle data, Rockwell & Schneider patterns and Schneider tags. Use it before a new install or DB rebuild so the server starts from the current data, not the original seed files. Restore replaces all of the above.

All tools on this page require a pattern file to be loaded first. Accepts Rockwell patterns.xml (<Pattern>), Schneider schneider_patterns.xml (<BlockPattern>), or a combined patterns_combined.xml containing both. Drag and drop the file below.
.xml hereNo file loaded.
Paste the failing logic snippet here. The tool will find all existing patterns for that instruction from your loaded XML file, test each one, and generate a new recommendation only if all of them fail.
Paste a single Rockwell <Pattern> block to test its regex against a logic string, or a Schneider <BlockPattern> block to validate its structure and preview the rendered FD. The tester auto-detects which kind you pasted.
After editing your local pattern file, re-load it in Step 1 and click here for a final validation before deployment. Validates both Rockwell <Pattern> and Schneider <BlockPattern> sections.
