Builds an equipment register from the project's device library (valves, motors, instruments, digital I/O, totalisers, alarms).
Load a .zef/.xef/.xbd on Home, then click Build Register.
Each device is linked to the physical rack · slot · channel its signals land on.
Initial values (analog scaling, valve times, message numbers) come from the loaded .xef/.zef; a Home-page tags .TXT fills any gaps — it is not required for mapping.
